CHANG KONG FOO,
CEO
CHANG KONG FOO is a partner of Chang Kong Foo & Co PLT. He graduated with a Bachelor in Management Studies from University of Waikato, New Zealand in 1978. He commenced his career with Audit Office in New Zealand for 2 years, worked with a Big Four accounting firm for a year and managed an accounting firm in Butterworth for another 2 years.
Chang Kong Foo set up his Professional Practices in 1982 and received his audit license in 1983. He is a member of Malaysia Institute of Accountant (MIA), a member of the Certified Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), and also an authorized tax agent licensed under the Income Tax Act 1967. He is also a liquidator since 1999.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of the KF Group providing a multitude of financial services to clients in the Northern Region and Central Region of Malaysia.
He serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of NTPM Holdings Berhad since 2008. He is the Chairman of Audit Committee, Investment Committee, and also a member of Nominating Committee of the Company.
Mr. Chang Kong Foo also serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Keat Hwa Private School.
Currently, He is the committee member of CTIM, Penang Branch.
DR. TEOH TEIK TOE,
Senior Advisor
Dr. Teoh Teik Toe is the Senior Advisor of KF Group. He is currently the Academic Director and Senior Lecturer in NTU. Prior to this, he is the Associate Director in SUTD and Fellow in SUTD Academy. He has more than 25 years of research experience including Big Data, Deep Learning, Cyber-security, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Software Development.
He also has more than 15 years of teaching experience in AI, Data Science and Analytics, Statistic, Business, Finance, Accounting and Law. In addition, he had 14 years of experience as a listed company director (NTPM Berhad) including Audit Committee Member. He Has obtained PhD in Computer Engineering from NTU, Doctor of Business Administration and MBA from University of Newcastle, Master of Law from NUS, LLB, and LLM from UoL
He also holding professional certifications include CFA, ACCA, CIMA, Chartered Accountant Singapore, Chartered Accountant Malaysia and CPA Australia.
ZULKIFLI BIN AHMAD,
Senior Tax Advisor
ZULKIFLI BIN AHMAD is the Senior Tax Advisor of KF Group. He has been serving for more than 34 years in various branches / divisions / Departments of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) since 1983 until 2018 which includes as Investigation Officer, Director of Kluang Branch, Director of Special Investigation Division and Director of Special Task Department. He was tasked with the setting up of Special Task Department, which was directly under Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IRBM.
He specializes in civil tax investigation includes high networth (VVIP) and Aggressive Tax Planning Cases, criminal investigation under Income Tax Act 1967 and the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLATFPUAA 2001). He supervises financial intelligence and investigation cases particularly money laundering involving tax offences Identification, freezing, seizure and confiscation of the proceeds of crime.
Throughout the years he actively involved with Special Task Force: made up of Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). Attorney General Chambers (AGC), Royal Malaysian Police Force and other Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs).
AHMAD ZUBIR ZAHID,

AHMAD ZUBIR ZAHID is a partner of Chang Kong Foo & Co PLT. He has over eight years’ experience within the offshore oil and gas industry, as Chief Financial Officer of three separate offshore construction companies. Prior to joining the oil and gas industry, he spent over a decade in the financial services industry as a management consultant, investment banker and auditor with Ethos Consulting, CM Libra, CIMB Investment Bank and PwC, respectively.
Zubir is also a principal of Zulu Capital Sdn Bhd, a private equity firm registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”). He is also a director of Thinkat Advisory Sdn Bhd, a corporate finance advisory firm licensed by the SC. Zubir holds a Capital Markets Services Representative’s License issued by the SC for the regulated activity of advising on corporate finance since 2017.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in the United States of America. He was conferred a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting by the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom in 1996. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”) and holds the Corporate Finance Qualification of the ICAEW. He has been an Associate of Chartered Accountant Australia and New Zealand (“CAANZ”) since 2013 and a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (“ACCA”) since 2018. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
He holds several qualifications n the field of business valuation. He is a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser of the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore, a Business VALUATION Specialist with CAANZ and an International Certified Valuation Specialist of the International Association of Certified Valuation Specialists.
Zubir is also an Independent, Non-Executive Director of Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (“MRT Corp”) and the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of MRT Corp. He is also an independent, Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Rapid Transit System Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MRT Corp.
CHANG HUI YUIN,

Cheryl Chang is a Partner of Chang Kong Foo & Co PLT.
She spent over a decade in the assurance services industry as an auditor with Ernst & Young, and subsequently with Chang Kong Foo & Co PLT, where she set up and managed a branch office of the same firm in Kajang in the state of Selangor. She also taught accounting subjects in the University of Queensland in Australia between 2005 and 2006. In 2013, she started pursuing a career in tax consulting with RTC Consulting Sdn Bhd, a tax firm specializing in tax advisory services for property developers and construction companies. She is now the Tax Director at RTC Consulting Sdn Bhd.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree with First Class Honours from Northumbria University in the United Kingdom in 2020. She also graduated with Bachelor of Commerce degree with First Class Honours from University of Queensland in Australia in 2004. She is an Associate of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants.
